Gun Violence Reporting Institute. Dart Center for Journalism and Trauma. Selected to participate in two-day reporting institute on covering gun violence held February 10-11, 2017 in Chicago.
2017 Reynolds Week Fellow. One of 25 journalists and eight educators in the U.S., selected for this business journalism fellowship. Donald W. Reynolds Center for Business Journalism fellowship is given to journalists who want to do a deeper dive into a variety of money and business related topics.
2016-17
Social Justice News Nexus Fellow. Part of the Cycle 4 journalism fellows at Northwestern University. Working on a six-month in-depth reporting project about food and agriculture. This project includes overseeing and working with several Northwestern journalism graduate students.
